Taxi4You operates under the Albanian legal and regulatory framework applicable to passenger transport services. Pricing is structured based on route details, distance, time factors, waiting periods (if applicable), and operational considerations. Taxi4You may offer selected promotional destinations with fixed discounted rates (including airport or intercity transfers). Promotional pricing is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice. Final pricing is communicated before ride confirmation. Payments may be made in cash or via supported card payment methods at the end of the ride.

Passengers must provide accurate pickup and destination information. Taxi4You reserves the right to refuse or terminate service in cases of unsafe, illegal, abusive, or inappropriate conduct. Any damages caused to vehicles by passengers may be subject to compensation in accordance with applicable law.

Taxi4You shall not be held liable for delays, missed appointments, flight delays, indirect losses, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including traffic congestion, road conditions, weather events, or force majeure situations. The service provided is transportation from the confirmed pickup location to the confirmed destination.

Taxi4You is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles. If items are found, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the passenger. Collection or delivery arrangements may involve additional coordination.
